Training of Trainers (ToT)
The Training of Trainers (ToT) program was designed to develop participants' facilitation, instructional design, and training delivery capabilities, enabling them to effectively transfer knowledge within their organization. The program covered adult learning principles, participatory facilitation techniques, training needs assessment, curriculum development, and session design using the ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Through practical exercises, micro-teaching sessions, peer reviews, and mentor feedback, participants strengthened their confidence and effectiveness as trainers. The program aimed to build a sustainable internal training capacity by preparing participants to deliver engaging, structured, and results-oriented learning interventions across their respective functions.
