What is this course about?
This is an intermediate level course for those who would like to lead a Quality Circle (QC) team following the PDCA cycle. Moreover, those who are assigned in a six sigma project as team members can get the training and pursue Lean Six SIgma Yellow Belt certification.PrerequisiteModule 1 & 2 completion in LSSWB Level
Modules:
- Module 1 to 2 completion in LSSWB Level
- Modules: 7 Basic and New 7 QC tools plus QC leadership
- Module 03: Pareto chart, Affinity diagram
- Module 04: Relation diagram
- Module 05: Tree Diagram
- Module 06: check sheet, basic statistics, Sigma score from DPMO (Stat session)
- Module 07: PDPC, Project Management and Leadership
- Module 08: Matrix diagram
Certificate:Attendance Certificate will be awarded by stc bangladesh. Upon successfully completing STC Global certification requirements, participants shall be able to achieve a respective certification badge.
