As the first Bangladeshi Managing Director of Grameen Danone Foods Limited (GDFL), Dipesh has led this social business (with a significant social and economic impact) to become a model for how businesses can align profit with purpose, providing health through nutrition to underserved communities.
Dipesh’s remarkable career spans various industries and roles, showcasing his exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. He has successfully driven growth and operational excellence in organizations such as IDLC Finance, Square Pharmaceuticals, Banglalink, and Novartis, in both Japan and Europe. His strategic mindset and commitment to development have consistently propelled organizations to success.
With international exposure to large-scale businesses and diverse cultures, Dipesh brings a wealth of global experience. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Switzerland, which he applied to implement operational excellence at Novartis Japan. He has also spearheaded S&OP process optimization and led various regional and global initiatives, including roles in Novartis Europe.
